Beauty in the Storm

From my series, “Awe” which are a few snapshots from my life over the last few years of beauty moments that caught my heart and soul and didn’t leave me; beauty moments that are so full of life and wonder that it almost hurts to look at. I hope they will bring onlookers peace and a similar soul catching moment. 

This piece in particular is taken from a moment when I was on top of a mountain in the Smokies and saw a rain storm coming from miles away and it was the most stunningly lovely moment.
